How do I determine whose name is on which? Filing jointly, we have a W-2, a 1099R and a SSA1099, and I think I've gotten them under the wrong spouse.

They have to be entered for the right spouse.  That is VERY important.   Go back and check each section.  Or you can clear and start over.
