How do I attach my form 1099-R showing federal tax withholding to my return?

When I filed my 2022 tax return I did so without including a copy of the 1099-R and ended up having to send it to the IRS in response to a query from the IRS. I don't see how to include the 1099-R with my 2023 return.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
