How can I recover social security and medicare taxes

You do not get a refund of the amounts withheld for Social Security or Medicare.   That money is put aside for someday when you are 65 or older or disabled and need to collect Social Security benefits and Medicare to pay for your healthcare.

And....even if you begin collecting those benefits, if you continue to work, you will still pay in to SS and Medicare.
