If you mean you put a little in each month, that would show in Box 12 of your W-2. You don't need to do anything except enter the W-2.

You only report it when you take a Withdrawal or roll it over to another account. Then you will get a 1099R for it.

Oh, and it’s not a IRA . It’s probably a 401K. IRA you make outside of work.
