Hello my name is Martin , my question is I receive SSI/SSD as my only income. I have a child dependent under 18 , can I file Earned Income Credit for my dependant child?

Sorry no. If you only get SS or SSDI it is not taxable and you don’t need to file a tax return. It is not earned income from working to qualify for the EIC.
You must have earned income from work to be eligible for the Child Tax Credit and the Earned Income Tax Credit.
Your Social Security benefits are not earned income and if that is the only income you receive you do not have to file a 2024 tax return.
Sorry--no. If your only income is Social Security you are not eligible for earned income credit. EIC is based on having income from working. In fact, if SS is your only income you are not required to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.
