If you are using the Free Edition, you cannot enter itemized deductions like Part D premiums. Those are an itemized deduction --- which will have no effect on your tax due or refund unless you are also itemizing mortgage interest, property tax, and a whole lot of other out of pocket medical expenses. And...just trying to enter Part D will trigger an upgrade to a paid version of the online software.
Did you get the SSA-1099 from Social Security? You need it to make the entries.
