I contribute to a ROTH 401K Post Tax with my employer the past 4-5 years. Should I be inputting that amount into my taxes?

Enter the amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
