Does federal tax on Social security reflect as a deduction on Illinois tax return?

No, Illinois does not give you a deduction for the federal tax you paid on your federally taxable Social Security, however, they do deduct your social security benefits from your Federal AGI on line 5 of your IL-1040.  Therefore, they do not tax your SS at all in Illinois.
