No, you need TurboTax Premium for a 1099-B. You can use any version of the desktop program to report a 1099-B, but if you are using the online version, only the Premium version handles 1099-Bs.

No you can't use the Free Edition for 1099B. Not even Deluxe. You need to upgrade to Online Premium. Or any of the the Desktop CD/Download programs.
