You will need to pay back the IRA withdrawal no later than 60 days after it was withdrawn to avoid the withdrawal being taxed.

And put back any withholding that was taken out from your own money.  Or the withholding will be a taxable distribution and 10% Early Withdrawal Penalty if you are under 59 1/2.
