Are you referring to your RMD that you need to take out for the 2019 tax year?  No, you cannot wait until 2020 to do that.  And, no one will be filing a 2019 return until 2020.

No, you cannot make an IRA distribution in 2020 "for" 2019. An IRA distribution is always reported in the year that the distribution is actually made. You'll have to make the best estimate you can to decide on the amount.
