The IRS can go by either your 2018 or 2019 returns.

Am I still eligible for stimulus money if my taxes are in review

Today makes 60 days my taxes been in review with no letter from irs I called couple weeks back and the lady said I didn't owe anything so why would it take so long and will I get stimulus check if  there in review I really am depending on my taxes
