IRS Portal Now Open; Status Shows Turbo Tax Didn’t Give Enough Info For Me To Receive Payment

The online link is your best option to track your refund.  I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.

There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing paper returns at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

And, I can't find a number to call them. Does anyone have a number?

I went to the IRS portal and it shows a date of May 6,2020 that my stimulus check will be deposited into my bank account which is my TurboTax card and I’ve been checking it since then and it shows nothings been deposited! Is there a number I can call

Mine is about the same but it says that it was deposited April 15 to a account I don’t recognize  It’s been nearly a month now and I haven’t received a letter or anything and the web site say it should be sent bake and it would update the status but still nothing.

That happen to me I try to put my bank account but every time they ask for the what was my gross income I put it and they say is not what they have.

Have you tried accessing your IRS transcript to get the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) number that they do have?  Sometimes it can differ by $1 or so due to rounding - or they can have $0 if your return hasn't fully processed yet.
