Fraudulent charges

I have tried for 2 days to get ahold of an actual live person with turbo tax with no success.  My bank account was charged $43.19 in November and we did not authorize that charge.  We only use turbo tax on occasion (this means I use other services some years) only to do our personal taxes.  We do not use turbo tax for any other purposes.  Getting a little tired of the run around.  Of course I have received multiple links with information on how to remove unwanted charges but that if for when one has signed up with turbo tax services of some type.  We do not fall into that category.  This is a fraudulent charge and I want it dealt with!

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Use this website to contact TurboTax support during business hours - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

On the contact website Edit the product to CD/Download and the edition to Deluxe.  On the following screen enter your personal information and then click on the blue button labeled Get Phone Number

Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax

Sounds like you are signed up for the Advantage auto renew plan.  You need to cancel that so you don't get charged again next year.

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

You can try to get a refund, submit an online refund request within 60 days of receipt here, https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

Or Call in for a refund. When you fill out the from use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.” Contact Customer Service

Fraudulent charges

have you contacted your bank to state it's fraudulent?  they should be able to reverse the charge.

then, be sure to get on to your advantage account and stop the auto billing each year.  They do send out letters and emails in September to give you a 'heads up' that they will charge you in November

Fraudulent charges

They also did this to me for $63.86, its some bull crap. Intuit also bears some responsibitlity since there name is also on the charge. I will never use Quickbooks ever again. This is irresponsible and stupid.

Fraudulent charges

I tried that bu they want me to put my credit card where they can charge me again. I dont thinks so, they should be able to look it up with just the email and my name.
