You will have to look at your 2019 W-2 box 12 for the amount with the code Q-Nontaxable combat pay.

Thanks, But I did not have W2, I am Uber and Lyft driver so I just have 1099k and MISC

Where do I find my non taxable combat pay for 2019
If you are self employed, you would not have taxable combat pay. Your income would be listed on line 8 of your 1040 Form.

ROTFL seems like driving for Uber should come with combat pay but for now only active duty members get that. 😉
