After logging into Schwab, giving my consent to import my investments, the page does show up any account to import. Schwab have not found nothing wrong yet, and it is still checking on its side. I have tried on MS Edge and Chrome, Windows 7, Windows 10 with the same result. Last year I did not have any issue. I have an international account. Any ideas?

I can't help you with the download if it's not working properly, but I can give you an alternative that is better than manually entering each transaction. You can enter summary totals for each asset sale category. It will require you to mail a copy of your Form 1099-B along with Form 8453 (which TurboTax will generate). To do this in TurboTax Online,
Click on Search
After entering all your category summaries, Look for "To finish reporting these sales, follow the mailing instructions" and click on the link for these instructions:

Same problem. I'm using a Mac with Safari. When I try to import, TT throws me to a Schwab login page which does not support Safari. Error message says login temporarily unavailable but if I go to Schwab directly, no problem. I tried Firefox to no avail & 3rd party access enabled. Seems like a TT 2021 problem.
Please make sure your TurboTax software is updated, then please try again. If that doesn't work, please reach out to TurboTax Support for additional assistance.
What is the TurboTax phone number?
TT was updated. Called support no help solving import problem. Screenshot below is of page TT throws me to for login to Schwab. Note at bottom left it says this page supports Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. I'm using Safari since I have a Mac. Tried Firefox it didn't work. Didn't have this problem last year.
Please see the below TurboTax help article for assistance with importing your 1099.
What if I can't import my 1099?
If the above article does not help, please check back in a few days as we are looking into this issue on our end as well.
I had the same problem. Spoke with Schwab and they indicated they had issues with Mac OS. I have a MacBook using Safari. I downloaded Firefox and made it my default browser (which I think is important). Then tried to download from Schwab again and it worked using Firefox.
