stock calculations

I downloaded stock data from on line broker and on checking found that turbotax software is putting the sell proceeds down as the gain.  The cost and sell data are correct but in calculation of gain the software must be setting cost to zero. I found two of these errors and stopped checking. Download is correct, calculation is wrong. Some one else must have noticed this error.

my error, i went from options to stock sales and got confused as to gains and proceeds. there is not a software error.

just an FYI. if the info imported was incorrect it would be because the broker did not follow the instructions Turbotax gives its partners for making imports possible.
