If we took 100% exclusion of House A in 2021, can we take another exclusion for House B in 2022 due an unforeseeable circumstance-divorce? OR do we have to only pick one?
I see there is a look-back rule where only one exclusion every 2 years but I wasn't sure if because we meet the requirements of an exception that allows us to have partial exclusion if that unforeseeable circumstance overrides the look-back rule.

A change in marital status would be an unforeseen event which would allow you to have a partial exclusion.
Thanks @Bsch4477 ! To confirm I am allowed to take a full exclusion of House A in 2021 AND a partial exclusion of House B in 2022 due to the fact I qualify for one of the unforeseeable circumstances?
