I'm trying to enter expenses for my rental property and Turbo Tax is moving the decimal point. If I have 3,000 in expenses, it's coming out as 300.

Use the Chrome browser and clear cache and cookies before signing in. Do not use a decimal point, just type 3000.

Thanks, using Chrome solved it. I was using Edge.
