Tax Year Prior to 2020: How do I delete the Capital Gains worksheet if I don't need it?

Please follow these instructions to delete the Capital Gains worksheet after you verified that you do not need it:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  2. In the left menu, select "Tax Tools" and then "Tools".
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, select "Delete a form".
  4. Select "Delete" next to the Capital gains worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

Under Tax Tools, you click Tools and the Tax Center window will pop up. Below, where it says other helpful links, one of the options is to delete a form. Try that and see if it works.
