Hello - have long term sale of small business stock, should be calculating as exempt from capital gains but is not and says 'needs review' Any guidance?

The 1099-B proceeds appear to have been adjusted but i see not difference in tax owed.

Review the entire return ... that may not make any difference to the bottom line. And/or since you are using the LIVE option ask for help to understand the return. Save a PDF with the worksheets in the Print Center.
