2019 rental property information can't transfer to 2020, how can I fix it?

I upgrade my MAC recently.

When I prepare 2020 tax, only personal information transfer from 2019 tax. All rental property information and data don't transfer. I open 2019 tax software, my tax form shows e-file successfully.  How can I fixed it?

Did you transfer the PDF file by accident ?    Start a new return and look for the .tax2019 file instead.

If it opens in the 2019 program, Then save it again with a name and place you can find.  Go to File - Save As.  Then start a new 2020 return and transfer from the new 2019 file.

Or maybe last year you marked the rental as sold or final?  See if you can find a checkbox for that in 2019.  Don't know about rental on Schedule E but you can on Schedule C.

only personal information transfer from 2019 tax.

This would indicate that you are importing from a PDF file. You need to import from the .tax2019 file.
