Paying Rent
When I enter the amount of my rent I pay, should I enter monthly or annually rent? It is not specific when you enter it on your state return.

It is a 2019 tax return. Enter the amount you paid in 2019.

Yes, I know that. My question is, which do I put? What I paid for the entire year? Or what I paid monthly for the entire year?

Put the total amount for 2019. Unless it asks you for how many months you paid a monthly rent amount.
