How does Ttax calculate Line 5a on Form 8960?

I am unable to derive the same figure for Line 5a as Ttax entered.

If you right click on  the amounts on the lines in forms, you can select to see the source of the amount.   Click on Forms on the upper right, then click on any form on the left to open it.
