SSI is not taxable income.  You will not need to file a return if this is your only income.

You mean you have a SSA1099 for Social Security?  If Social Security is your only income you do not need to file a tax return.  Or did you have any other income in addition to the SS?

SSI is not taxable income.  You will not need to file a return if this is your only income.

SSI  = Supplemental Security Income. An SSA-1099 (which OP received) is not issued for that.
