I was told dat because they didn’t withhold any federal taxes out of my ssi I can’t file my 1099 it says I received 26,510.75 and My status is single is this true

SSI is not taxable income. You will not need to file a return if this is your only income.

You mean you have a SSA1099 for Social Security? If Social Security is your only income you do not need to file a tax return. Or did you have any other income in addition to the SS?

SSI = Supplemental Security Income. An SSA-1099 (which OP received) is not issued for that.
