I received a Form3921 for some employee stock options that I sold. Where do I include this on my returns?

The form itself is not entered anywhere in the program which is why you don't see a place to put it. INSTEAD the info on that form is used to report the sale on the Sch D and augments the info provided on the broker 1099-B statement when you sell the stock mentioned.
