Home and Business with Real Estate

Hi,

I purchased the Home and Business program, however, I am a real estate investor and did not see section for real estate deductions, etc.  Do I need to purchase both Premier and Home and Business?

No. You are looking for the Rental Properties and Royalties section located under the Business tab (see screenshot).

No.  The Home & Business version has all the same forms as Premier.  Did you buy the Desktop Home & Business program? You should find everything.
