Form 8949 was not included in my return what are my options?

I don't understand why Turbo Tax didn't ask form my form 8949.

If you had an investment sale that was reported on Schedule D, the Form 8949 would have been completed by the TurboTax program.

if it's on schedule D. you're done. if neither schedule D or the 8949 you'll need to file an amened return.
