Filing a 1120S. Do I need to fill out form 8825 if I had no rental property? Can I just enter $0 under Schedule K, line 2?

Form 8825 is for reporting rental income and expenses.

If the S-corp has no rental property, there is no need to fill form 8825.

You can leave box 2 (net rental real estate income/loss) of the Schedule K-1 blank.
