I have rental property - in which - a garage door was replaced. Do i put the entire amount Garage door and Labor the entire job on the 1099 NEC for the garage door replace sub?
The entire bill is over $1000; but the labor portion is less than 600. thanks.

You would 1099 the total cost however if you paid a garage door company and got a company receipt and/or you paid by credit card then you don't need a 1099.
thanks. I did do the full amount. I was getting worry if I need to send a 1099Nec Correction. I got company W9 - It was with an individual/sole proprietor and with check.
May I ask paying with credit card then no 1099-NEC even with individual/sole proprietor?
