You are restricted to Netfile due to the override.
Go to Forms Mode, find Schedule 5, right-click the field you overrode, and select "Remove Override" (or "Undo Override").
Instead of overriding the form directly, ensure the child's address is correctly entered in the "Dependant Profile" section of the interview.
Note: If the child lives with you, usually checking "Yes" to "Did [Child's Name] live with you all year?" automatically populates the required fields without an override.
If the address is an issue because the child lives in a different location (but is still dependent), make sure you use the specific boxes for "Address of Dependent" in the interview rather than typing text into the form.
If the CRA requires an address format that the software will not accept without an override, this is considered a "restricted return." In these rare cases, you must print and mail your return.
