I need to  calculate foreign source qualified dividends. I have the 1099 supllemental information, which provides me with the "Fgn Source Inc Qual" for a specific mutual fund. Do I multiply that by the (a) Total Dividends and Distributions for that fund, (b)  the (manually calculated) sum of the Qualified dividends for that fund? or (c) the foreign source income total (which was calculated this way: Total Dividends and Distributions for that fund x "Fgn Source Inc Tot" in the Supplemental information. Because AI and have seen in other non-TurboTax posts to multiply it by (a) but that number can exceed the sum of the qualified dividends.
I received this rejected explanation message: TY25_HSA - There is a potential issue related to HSA, MSA Contributions. However, I could not find anything wrong with my entries. What should I do next?

Sorry, but no one here can know anything specific about your state tax return, but we can tell you how to check on a delay.   You may end up having to phone the state tax agency, but there are some things you need to do first.   Some states are fairly quick with refunds, while other states can take a long time processing returns--even several weeks.     Here are some things you should check:   First, you need to be sure your state return was successfully filed.   If you efiled, be sure your efiled state return was accepted.  If you used Online TurboTax, you can check by looking at the Tax Home in your Online account.   Or did you choose to file by mail instead?  TurboTax does not mail it for you.  If you chose that method, you have to print, sign, date, and mail it.   The FAQ below tells how to check on a state refund.   When you scroll down further there, you will see a link for your state.   FAQ:  How do I track my state refund? https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_...

Thanks for the responses.  I did talk to someone at the MO Dept. of Revenue and he said that if the MO-TC form is e-filed to them, they can handle it.  I got bold and selected the E-file My State Return radio button.  Then, on a subsequent screen, it said it is a no-go that the state return would need to be manually submitted and it would not attempt to e-file the state return.  At the completion of my filing, TT had a survey form about the experience, so I requested that they make the enhancement for 2026 to e-file Missouri returns that include form MO-TC.  Also, suggested that they update the Help screen on the "Choose the Tax Credit" page concerning outdated eligibility dates and credit percentages.  We'll see if anything happens.  Thanks to all who have responded.

@MarilynG1 If the fix won't by in by early next week, is it recommended that we migrate our TurboTax Online to the Desktop version? Seems like the only workaround before the filing deadline

You fill out the 1099R exactly as shown. For 2025 there might be a new code Y on the 1099R for QCD. The IRS does not require financial institutions to use code Y to report QCDs yet, instead making the use of code Y optional. I got my 1099R from Vanguard for my QCD and it only had code 7 in box 7. If you are over 70 1/2 then after you enter the 1099R keep going. In my Desktop program one of the next screens will say…Do any of these situations apply to you with a list. The 7th item is "I transferred all or part of this money directly to charity". Check that and the next screen will be either for RMD info or ask how much was transferred to Charity. Just keep going though all the screens. Then do NOT enter it again under Deductions & Credits. It only goes on the 1099R entry. Otherwise you would be deducting it twice. For a QCD, check 1040 line 4b. It should be 0 (unless you have other taxable 1099Rs) and the QCD box checked. The code in box 7 of form 1099-R must be 7 or Y and the box IRA/SEP/SIMPLE must be checked. You can’t do a QCD from a 401K.
