You do have to enter the 1099-SA into TurboTax and there is a field for the EIN, so yes, you will need it. But it may not be a mandatory field.
Your contributions come from your W-2, so those will be counted. When you enter the 1099-SA, you will tell TurboTax that the full distribution was for medical expenses (assuming it was) so the amount on the 1099-SA is not taxed. You can try to enter a dummy EIN in TurboTax and attempt to e-file. If it rejects, you can go back to them and request the EIN, only if necessary.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS releases your refund.
Your refund could be offset. The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts. You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for. The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

Hello, I understand how to change the IRS IP PIN....BUT my issue is... I need change the last year AGI entry field. I'm not being directed to get to that EXACT step. If I recall, that's also where to input the turbotax 5-digit PIN. The section to efile does not allow me to reach that specific step! After my efile has been rejected again... I go back to File tab with the four menu options noted below: - File a Return - Save for Your Records - Final Steps - Check E-file Status None of these menu options beings me directly to where I can edit the AGI field to correct anything! The 'rejected' status give me clickable option "Help me fix" It just brings me to check IRS ONLY. I have confirmed the IRS IP PIN is current. How can I fix the AGI !!!!!!! Thank you

STOP. If you are trying to use online TurboTax to prepare a 2024 tax return you are making a big mistake. Online cannot be used for 2024. Online is only for 2025 returns. Clear out the 2024 information you entered and save the account for a 2025 return.
If you need to prepare a 2024 return, it must be done using desktop download software on a full PC or Mac, and must be filed by mail.
You cannot change the tax year. The current online program is for 2025 only. Only a 2025 return can be prepared online and only a 2025 return can be e-filed.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2022, 2023, and 2024 is permanently closed.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2022, 2023, or 2024 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.

Refunds for tax years 2021 or earlier have been forfeited and will not be paid to you even if shown on the tax return form. But if you owe tax due, you will still have to pay, and you will be billed later for the interest and penalties owed. TurboTax will not calculate the penalties or interest. That will be done by the IRS/state after they receive your return with your payment of the tax due as shown on the tax form(s).
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

The summary page may not reflect the actual data for the listed topics. Credits and adjustments are often not reflected on the summary page. If you have reviewed each entry under your business for accuracy and completed the entire interview, you can run a Final Review to allow TurboTax to show you what information (if any) is missing from this topic.
From the left column of TurboTax Online, choose "Final Review." You can run this review as many times as needed as you encounter issues when working on your return.

Thanks, but I am just curious! I have gone through the worksheets and previous tax returns and my now ex-wife did our returns and started this 8915-F form back in 2023. I reviewed that and the 2024 returns and noticed in the 1040 box 5a Pensions and annuities it has the following values 5a: 25,270 (2003) 19,246 (2004) and in 5b: 10,603 (2003) and 7,333 (2004) but in this years form it shows on 7,333 in box 5b and nothing in box 5a. I am filing this year on my own for the first time in 23 years and as HOH and single (State) but I believe since this is my IRA that I closed out and agreed to spread over 3 years when she filed in 2023 (married -filling jointly) that I need to add it to my 2025 year return. I understand and saw how they revised the 8915-F form this year and I answered all the questions through Turbo Tax in regards to the 8915-F and they form looks exactly the same as the 2024 return. So what is the glitch with this years form and last that is causing it to be rejected? If I mail these in will they except them like they are? I really want this done and off my plate

Sorry, Online is only for 2025 now. Online for 2024 and prior is closed now so you can not start a new 2024 or prior return or finish one. You have to do each year separately How to prepare a prior year return https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/how-do-i-prepare-a-prior-year-tax-return/00/25984 To do a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop program here, https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products You will need Windows 10 or Mac Ventura 13 to install it on. If you can't install the Desktop program or if you have a simple return and want to file for free, you can fill out the blank IRS forms by hand. Here are some basic forms….. Here is the IRS 2024 Form 1040 https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040--2024.pdf OR if you want bigger type use 1040SR for Seniors, https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s--2024.pdf And 2024 Instructions https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/i1040gi--2024.pdf Sch 1 : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s1--2024.pdf Sch 2 : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s2--2024.pdf Sch 3 : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s3--2024.pdf Then when you do file 2025 enter 0 for the 2024 AGI since you are filing 2024 late. You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
