We're glad to hear that; thanks for the update!

I'm surprised you were able to enter any 1098-T forms.  In the 1099-Q interview, after indicating that the student- beneficiary is a non dependent (you check "someone else"), TurboTax (TT) gives you a student interview, in the 1099-Q section, to enter the college expenses. TT will  not let you enter the 1098-T, later in the 1098-T section, when the student is a non-dependent.

Contacting the IRS these days is definitely an exercise in patience.  You may be better off filing the tax return with an explanation of the changes that you have made.  Follow the instructions from @VanessaA above and submit the return without contacting the IRS first and then they will contact you by mail later.
Merci à ceux qui partagent leurs solutions. C'est très apprécié et ça aide beaucoup de gens.   Merci 😉

I sold my company to the company I work for now, for equity. I have a 6% stake in the company now and receive a K-1. This year the company posted a lost. When trying to file my taxes, at the K-1 screen (I have an S corp Form 1120S), it has checked by default the statement "All of my investment in this activity is at risk."   I read a bit on this and don't completely understand how to answer it. I think I am at risk, because the equity I received in trade the acquisition of my company would be lost if the company went under. Is that what it's asking? I don't have any other money invested in the company, nor any loans on the companies behalf.
