Refaites les étapes pour ces trois formulaires un par un. Effacez et fermez chaque formulaire. L'annexe 3, allez vérifier qu'aucune case n'est cochée pour la vente d'une résidence principale.   1- Allez en mode Formulaires et ouvrez l'annexe 3 2- Allez dans Édition – Formulaire et effacez le formulaire courant. 3 - Revenez de nouveau à Édition – Formulaire, puis cliquez sur Fermer le formulaire courant 4 - Répétez ces étapes pour le TP-726.7 et l'annexe L 5- Revenez de nouveau à Édition - Formulaire et fermer les formulaire inutilisés.      Même pour le logiciel téléchargé, effacez les cookies et videz la mémoire-cache de votre navigateur. Voici comment au besoin:  Vider la mémoire-cache Fermez et ouvrez de nouveau le logiciel en vous assurant que vous êtes administrateur.    Cliquez à droite de l'icon TurboImpôt sur l'ecran de votre bureau ( 1) et cliquez Run as administrator (2).     Merci de choisir TurboImpôt

@dave43    For some reason this strange behavior has happened to a few other Desktop users.   Their solution was to switch to Forms Mode, then open and delete the "Social Security Benefits Worksheet".   Then returning to the interview, and their SS entry proceeded as expected in the SSA-1099 entry area. __________________ Or...maybe a computer reboot might help if still whacky. (wild guess)      
This issue has been escalated to TurboTax Tier 2 Support, and I am awaiting a reply from them.

How did you update?  I am using Expert Assist for Mac and still cannot get the Form 5695 to function.  When it first happened on march 1 the problem was entering my home address information.  Agent had me delete and download 5695 again which corrected that problem but then I got the rejection notice when it was submitted (Federal only here in Texas).  March 6 came and went and today, March 9 still can't get it done.  On hold with support for nearly an hour.

Hi there @TurboTaxAniqua , Unfortunately, when I opened Schedule 2 in "Form", there's no option/checkbox neither at the top nor the bottom on the form to select "Tick here to not claim transfer/Do not Calculate".  Is there a special "keyboard combination" to use to show this option?   I think I'm not the only one who runs into this issue.  Therefore, if you provides the solution here, it will help others as well.   Thanks,

Yes, you can fix this in TurboTax.  From What are the steps to fix my rejected return? here are the steps to do this in TurboTax Online:   "Sign in to TurboTax. Select Fix my return to see your rejection code and explanation. Select Fix it now and follow the instructions to update the info causing the reject. Once you've fixed the error, select File and follow the instructions to either e-file or file by mail."

Un correctif sera déployé le 17 mars mais en attendant pour contourner cette erreur vous devez saisir une adresse courriel valide tel que spécifié dans le message d’erreur (entrevue) ou bien l’inscrire directement au bas du formulaire TP1 à la ligne 10.1.  Si aucune des cases (10.2 à 10.5) de la section “Préférences de communication“ n’est cochée alors ces informations (incluant l’adresse courriel) ne seront pas transmises à RQ et vous permetterons de transmetttre votre déclaration. If not, can I just refile the form or is there a specific process to correct the form?   Much appreciated!

Yes, if you qualify you can add this by updating the information that is missing to qualify you for this status. TurboTax automatically applies Head of Household "HOH" if you have a qualifying dependent and pay more than half of the cost of your home upkeep.    To add HOH, in the My Info section, during the interview, indicate that Yes, you did pay more than half of the cost to keep up your home in 2025.   Here is some more information you may find helpful: Guide to Filing Taxes as Head of Household
