To complete and file a 2023 and 2024 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year required from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax. Use a separate envelope for each tax year being mailed.

I have three Traditional IRA accounts but take the TOTAL RMD out of only one. There is no distribution from the other two. But TT only asks for the RMD for the ONE account. Do I have to fake the number for that account and enter the total for all three where it asks for one. Am I missing something?

It depends. Form 4797 will sort it out as far as capital gain and the portions taxed at different rates. For rental property (not any appliances or equipment not attached to the building) also has a capital gain rate. Any gain in excess of the recapture amount will be taxed as indicated by @CesarJ at the capital gains tax rates. The $70k would be taxed as Section 1250 property and has a maximum rate of 25%. If your total gain was $120K including the recapture amount then you should not see $190 on your form 1040, Line 7a. If the combined gain is $190k then you do see the correct amount. The amount of gain up to the amount of depreciation claimed would be subject to a maximum rate of 25%, while any excess gain if applicable, would receive the lower 0% - 20% depending on income level, if the holding period was greater than one year. Both of these amounts will end up on Schedule D, then Form 1040. It begins on Form 4797 and transfers. Can I print a copy of my return before I file it? @tcampbe962

FYI - got a message from TT that this has been resolved. Tested it and it has been. There are now places to enter Room & Board and other expenses. Took a couple of weeks and way too much back and forth but I think this is finally resolved. Good luck to all of you who were concerned about this flaw.

The instructions were very clear, but unfortunately the instructions are no longer applicable in the 2025 tax year. there is no more "Less Common Business Situations". I entered the health payments in the relevant field and accepted, but the payment amount was not reflected in final business expenses and not deducted from the business income. Why?

The payments of Mom's royalty income ($450) were suspended in 2025 upon her death during probate of the estate. They were paid to me as her only heir in 2026 after the rights were transferred to me. Do the payments suspended during probate need to be reported as income on the estate's 2025 Form 1041?

I was forced into the ExpertAssist, which I have no intention of using. The Do It Yourself option was not available, or if it was, was cleverly hidden by TurboTax to trick customers. Later on, after spending a lot of time inputting tax info, I realized that I was being charged more for this service that I do not want. Yet apparently the only way to get rid of it is to clear the return and start over. That is unacceptable!

You can indicate that it was a Qualified Charitable Distribution in one of the follow up questions after you enter your 1099-R. See What is a Qualified Charitable Distribution? - TurboTax Support.

The Form 1040-X for amending a 2025 federal tax return is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 02/25/2026
An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a current year tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-federal-tax-return-curr...
