One thing that my last comment screws up is by making the W-4 selection the "ES & W4 Wks" form has the wrong selection here: If you check the "By making estimated tax payments" above it will just go back to adding the 2025 Withholding and your vouchers disappear again. I am just going to fill out the 1040-ES I downloaded from the IRS and fill that out. My understanding is none of the Estimated Tax forms or worksheets get e-filed when you file your 2025 return anyway. I still need to figure out if you need to send in the main 1040-ES before you start mailing vouchers or what. I'm hoping I can just pay each voucher online somehow. But I still need to read up on this. Then I have to deal with doing this for my North Carolina state taxes. They have a similar estimation form and process.

@mikepanacek It's really meaningless for your 2025 tax preparation....doesn't affect what you are preparing and filing now.

You cannot change or add anything on the return that you just e-filed, nor can you stop it. It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox on the corner. The IRS does not allow you to take it back.
If you left out a W-2, a 1099G, or a dependent, or a 1099 etc…DO NOT change your return while it is “pending.” The changes will go nowhere.
Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and make the necessary changes to your tax return and re-submit your return.
Sometimes—not always— the IRS corrects your mistakes, while they are processing your return.
If the IRS accepts your return, however, then you have to wait longer until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return and e-file or mail it in. You have to be able to work from that return exactly the way it was when it was e-filed originally. You will need to use a form called a 1040X.
Meanwhile, DO NOT go in and start changing anything on your return in the system, or you will make a mess for yourself. Sit tight and wait until you see what the IRS does with the return you just e-filed
The Form 1040X is scheduled to be available on February 26. The date is subject to change, so check on 2-26 to see if it is ready. Before that, do not change anything at all on your return.

Yes, that is correct. The question is who actually received this income because that is the return where it needs to be filed. It should be included on that person's return and then the 1099-R information can be corrected using the information below, so the IRS is aware.
Nominee Returns. This is how the IRS knows what you are doing.
Generally, if you receive a Form 1099 for amounts that actually belong to another person or entity, you are considered a nominee recipient. You must file a Form 1099 with the IRS (the same type of Form 1099 you received). You must also furnish a Form 1099 to each of the other owners.
File the new Form 1099 with Form 1096 (this is a transmittal for the 1099) by mailing to the Internal Revenue Service Center for your area. (Provided on the Form 1096) Also, you can enter grandpa's name and write deceased as noted below.
On each new Form 1099, list your grandpa as the payer and the other owner, as the recipient. On Form 1096, list your grandpa as the nominee filer, not the original payer. The nominee is responsible for filing the subsequent Forms 1099 to show the amount allocable to each owner.
The forms filed with the IRS should be the red copy (use the form(s) needed) so if you don't have a color printer, go to the IRS website to fill in and print the forms here: :

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
To track your state refund:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=lt447ebr
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/refunds-take-longer-others/L14YlqFrH_US_en_US?uid=lexdr7zh
.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/irs-refund-taking-longer-21-days/L2vRAJbdU_US_en_US?uid=lexe7lst
If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund before early March
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/internal-revenue-service/federal-refunds-delayed-due-path-act/L5jnQJsBi_US_en_US
Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.
FROM THE IRS WHERE’S MY REFUND SITE:
https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund
How it works
Where's My Refund shows your refund status:
Return Received – We received your return and are processing it.
Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown.
Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.
"5 days early" means you are supposed to receive your federal refund from one to five days sooner than the refund date shown on the IRS refund site. If it does not meet that "at least one day sooner" date, they are supposed to refund the $35 fee.
You have to pay attention to the date on the IRS refund site.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Attempted to file taxes but the fee is not waived. Double and triple checked everything was input correctly in my profile (checked all associated boxes). W-2 and the pages afterwards all indicate military, enlisted, years served, active duty, etc. Everything is good. I noticed that I have the "Expert Assist Premium" account which appears to be the issue. I tried to downgrade to basic, and it says in order to continue filing I must upgrade, due to a single form I have. I then tried to clear everything and start over; however, it states I have already paid for TurboTax, which I have not, so I am not able to clear my data. I have clicked on several other links for the "Do It Yourself" and it just logs me back into the "premium expert help" version. I am literally locked into paying this fee. How do I get this reimbursed?

No one can see your tax return. We cannot tell you if you entered everything completely or correctly. We do not know what "deductible expenses" you mean. Are you self-employed? Did you put business expenses on a Schedule C? Or are you trying to ask about some other federal credits or deductions?
If you have not e-filed yet, post some specific and clear, complete questions regarding the areas you are concerned about.
