Attempted to file taxes but the fee is not waived. Double and triple checked everything was input correctly in my profile (checked all associated boxes). W-2 and the pages afterwards all indicate military, enlisted, years served, active duty, etc. Everything is good. I noticed that I have the "Expert Assist Premium" account which appears to be the issue. I tried to downgrade to basic, and it says in order to continue filing I must upgrade, due to a single form I have. I then tried to clear everything and start over; however, it states I have already paid for TurboTax, which I have not, so I am not able to clear my data. I have clicked on several other links for the "Do It Yourself" and it just logs me back into the "premium expert help" version. I am literally locked into paying this fee. How do I get this reimbursed?
