Yes, you can file your 2025 return now. You do not need to wait for a corrected 1099-SA. Make sure you indicated you withdrew the excess amount in your return. It is usually asked in a followup question asking Was this a withdrawal of excess contributions?" or "Did you return any of this money to your HSA?
I agree completely.  At this point, they should have a date and regular communication to all affected parties via email or a statement when we log in every day to check.

Why did Intuit remove It's Deductible?  I have used Turbo Tax for many years, over 20 years as a matter of fact, and always used It's Deductible to track and deduct my charitable contributions.  I am just working on my 2025 taxes, and couldn't find it.  I did a search which revealed that it was removed!  The cost of Premier is outrageous, going up year after year, and you are now give me less tools! I will be switching to different tax software next year.  Enough is enough!

@alexandrews089 I noticed they have now changed their response to: "After Feb 13, but no specific date is known." This is a concern. I am also now considering moving to another system and getting a refund for TurboTax Home and Business. I don't mind the wait, but when it reaches "Unknown delivery date." I am concerned.   We need an official statement from Intuit, please.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen Click on Tools Click on Topic Search Type in 1099-patr.  On the highlighted result, click on GO.

Hello!  It is for Wisconsin.  During the "Finish and File" part, there is absolutely nothing on the PDF that generates.  The form exists.  And while completing taxes, information generated on Schedule OS. But it is not flowing to the final PDF.

It is very concerning that there are continuing delays in the development of necessary forms.   Not only are we frustrated by the delays in being able to complete tax documents and planning, but the delay in the ability to file taxes is causing significant financial losses in regard to investment of expected tax refunds.    In my opinion, a definitive firm date for software updates should be provided or TurboTax should offer credits for costs incurred due to the delays.
Adding on...I don't know why this is listed under the "after you file" category. I'll see if I can post it elsewhere.

I am trying to connect my robin hood account to turbo tax and it says currently unavailable. I have already connected my Charles Schwab brokerage account and found it is more accurate if you connect the account verses dropping a PDF. When will this feature be available? Will it be available? Do I need to wait until the 17th?
To clarify, have you used the switch product option like LeticiaF1 suggested in her post in this thread? If not, here is the link.    @Tax8966
Yesterday's update took care of the issue.  "Merrill" is now on the list.  Thanks!
@ryanfootball26    BUT...Have you actually mailed in the original forms already???

Greatly appreciate your response!  I live in California, so it looks like I won't get an exemption out of it. I wish they would eliminate all these exemptions and just simplify the tax code and tax everyone fairly. I'm not a big fan of Trump, but the one thing he did I do appreciate was increase the standard deduction to the point I no longer itemize anything as it doesn't buy me anything. My taxes are much less of a chore, which is as it should be.
This is what I see when I enter the 1099-R section in Turbo Tax Premier 2025: When I select "no", it bumps me back to the full Wages & Income tab.
Still early on 2/13 but the issue has NOT been fixed as of this morning.  I'm using the online version, not desktop.
What needs to be fixed?
