If you got a SSA-1099 you need to enter it on your tax return. Up to 85% of Social Security becomes taxable when all your other income plus 1/2 your social security, reaches: Married Filing Jointly: $32,000 Single or head of household: $25,000 Married Filing Separately: 0 Do you have any other income? If you only get SSDI it is not taxable and you don’t have to file a return unless you get a 1095-A for the ACA marketplace insurance.

The areas in online 2025 TurboTax were you would be able to view this information are not yet available. They are the 1099-R section under Wages & Income or the Traditional and Roth IRA section under Deductions & Credits. If you used TurboTax to prepare your 2024 tax return, you could view the 2024 IRA Information Worksheet and then add any Roth IRA contributions that you made for 2025 or Roth contribution basis rolled over from a a designated Roth account in an employer plan.

You probably have more than one account.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

@ Revan3ID wrote: I understand we need patience. But im counting on that money. Copy to @mpturbo and @Yoyomike Sorry you are having to wait longer to prepare your return. As DoninGA said above, it looks like January 14 is the projected availability date on that form Schedule 1A for calculating tips/overtime. But even then don't be in too big a hurry to file, or you could end up with problems that delay your refund even longer. I know you're anxious to get your refund, but be aware that the IRS doesn't even open up for processing of returns until January 27. Although you may be physically able to efile before then (once all your forms are ready), those returns efiled before January 27 don't go right away to the IRS. Most will just sit in limbo on TurboTax servers except for a small number of returns that the IRS pulls early for testing purposes. Any returns efiled early cannot be retrieved if you notice an error, get an additional W-2 or 1099 you forgot about, etc. In that case the only way to correct it would be with an amended return, which can be a hassle. And this year with all the revisions to tax laws in President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBBA), many forms were taking longer than usual for the IRS to draft and provide all the specifications for TurboTax to program and the IRS to approve.

Sorry---TurboTax receives no information after you file your tax return. TT cannot "step in" with the IRS for you.
Your only source of information about your tax refund is the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday

Schedule A itemized deductions like medical expenses, mortgage interest, and gifts to charity are not supported in the Free or Basic versions. If you need those deductions, you must pay for a higher level of Turbotax. Before you upgrade, make sure you really need those deductions. If your standard deduction is larger than your itemized deduction, you won't benefit from listing medical expenses.
