@SueJohnson only you can tell this forum how you determined your estimated tax liability would only be $5200. That you estimated your tax liability to be $5200 yet the 2024 tax return shows that the tax is $11,188 is quite relevant. Can you please explain that to us?
Sorry, only the IRS can tell you about your refund.  They don't tell or update Turbo Tax about your return.    What does the IRS say at Where’s My Refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I was also told by my tax acct not to report the 1099Q transfer amount and the reason is that the IRS did not update the 1099 Q form for 2024  in time to include in your taxes. They have updated the form for 2025 now (https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i1099q) so Box 4 now has two checkboxes, 4a to report trustee-to-trustee transfers and 4b to report a QTP to a Roth IRA transfer (4b is the new one).  So workaround for 2024 is to not report it. I was told by Turbotax auditor in February that they did not update their software to cover this because the IRS did not update the form for 2024 but Turbotax might work on a program update but that has not happened in time for your 2024 filing deadline.

@Mike9241: "It costs money to store an app" => Seriously????????? A tiny app in a huge organization where the ratio to the storage of customer and company information is incredibly minute. And they don't need to maintain, update or even support it. Just keep the activation alive, since they decided that they were losing money because people were giving out copies. That seems like a reasonable choice, but the consequence of that is to keep allowing people to activate it into the far future. Just because other companies pull the same c**p, doesn't make it ok.

I am not re-installing 2019, since it is still installed from 2020 on. Not looking for support, don't want updates, don't want to amend. Just want to be able to do a more detailed save to PDF, since saving "tax return, all calculation worksheets" actually DOESN'T mean ALL forms and worksheets :(   But since it re-checks the license regardless I am also stuck. I paid for lifetime use of this product and can't. It's bait and switch My suspicion is that it might have something to do with the size of the activation key. 2019 had a 14 char key and all future years have a 16 char key. Yes, the dialog mentions 14 char, but the amount of X's in the license key box is 16. Maybe their license server only accepts 16.

FWIW, I had the same issue. TurboTax's calculation was off by $135 (55%). The good news for me is that it overestimated the penalty, so I'll be getting a small refund. However, I'm concerned it will complicate matters when I file an amended return (due to receipt of a late corrected 1099).   The information I provided for my 2024 estimated tax payments was accurate. TT seems to have miscalculated one of the 4 underpayment amounts and 2 of the 4 days late. I'm not sure how that happens unless there's a bug in the software. And, if this is not a bug but just something that can happen due to the IRS using different information, shouldn't TT warn users about it before they file? I don't recall seeing any message about it. In fact, it wasn't immediately obvious to me that I had to pay a penalty at all.

I received a 1099-R form - do I need to amend my taxes? I had opened a roth ira account and soon later closed it. The 1099-R is showing the contributions I had put it and then later took out to close the account in box 1. Box 2a says nothing and box 7 says code J.  Please help.

Is your LLC a Single Member LLC?   If you did not elect it to be a S corp then it is a disregarded entity and you file it as a Sole Proprietor on Schedule C in your personal 1040 tax return.   If it is a S Corp it goes on form 1120-S not a 1065.
Thank you! The screens I posted are from the 2024 return. I had not put a negative sign on the losses.
