Here are two FAQs to help: What if I'm having trouble with my filing verification code? and How do I get a verification code if the email address is wrong?

Thank you so much for this suggestion. It saved me from throwing my laptop out the window after my payment couldn’t be processed through the desktop software for two days straight.   The only pain point was that it took me three separate calls to a support representative to find someone who knew what the heck they were doing and could help me out.
Yes, the SEP contribution is considered made by the employer and so deductibility is limited by that condition.
let me know willing to try anything at this point
I did not file 2023 and would like to do it now
However, you can pay estimated taxes and accomplish the same goal. You can log into the IRS Payment Options Website

Maybe things have changed since 2019?  It's my understanding that if you're filing by mail then TurboTax generates all the pages of the return that you need to mail, including any pages from your  Federal return.  For example, in the return generated for a 2024 MASS resident personal return, TurboTax only included a few pages from my 2024 Fed return. To quote "The official return for mailing is included in this printout".  In my case the only parts of the Fed return were Schedule's C, D, and E, and not the entire Fed return (so 6 additional pages and not 30!).  However, I also used TurboTax to generate my 2024 Vermont non-resident return for rental income earned there, and in that case my entire Fed return was indeed included as part of the "official return for mailing" .  Apparently it varies state-by-state, but I would rely on TurboTax to live up to its (well deserved) reputation for accuracy and just mail what it says to.
@nortonkd good deal, did you use the 5 days early?

If you are using a desktop version of TurboTax, go to the Schedule E Rental Property and Royalties section of your return.  Then edit the property that you have entered.  Next, edit the Property Profile.  The first question that is asked about the property is whether it is a rental or a royalty.  Make sure you have checked the correct box.     If you are using TurboTax Online and the property is shown as a royalty, then you may need to delete it and start that section fresh.     @kehand

Most rejections are for AGI.   You only need AGI in order to e-file.  You cannot e-file a past year return, so if that is what you want to do---forget AGI.   You just have to print, sign and date your past year return in ink, and mail it in.   If it was rejected for some other reason, like a duplicate SSN, mailing would have been the remedy.   If something else was wrong, then you might need to make some changes before you mail it.      Customer support might be able to help you figure out the rejection reason--since you did not save the emails with the reason. To call TurboTax customer support https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/contact-turbotax/L2y9ZKpQB_US_en_US?uid=m5s9l2vh    You will be able to access the 2023 return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it.   But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.       Start a 2024  return online and enter some personal information  so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.   Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2023 returns is now permanently closed.    Now it is too late to use online software or to e-file. If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2023 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac  (not to a mobile device). Then you need to print, sign and mail it.   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/printers-printing/finish-prior-year-return-started-turbotax-online/L9Oe4M90A_US_en_US?uid=m68tffpe   If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.   They are available from 5 a.m. to 9p.m. Pacific time daily   https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899263-what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number     If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late.  If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe.  Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.     When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.   Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
For 2023 the property tax is listed under credits rather than under deductions and exemptions as on 2024. It looks like you get credit for them in both years.

To revisit that section: Open MN return  Continue to the Screen Tell Us About Other Income Adjustments Scroll down to Received Pension from Qualified Public Pension Plans.   To qualify, all of these must be true:  You receive payments or survivor benefits from a qualified pension plan.  Your payments are taxable on your federal return. You meet a certain income limit based on your filing status.  Your payments are not based on service for which you also earned credit toward Social Security benefits. If you are eligible to receive Social Security benefits based on your service, your payments will not qualify. Your benefits may be eligible for the Social Security Benefit Subtraction. If you earned credit toward Social Security benefits for only a portion of your service. For more information check here.
No, you didn't do anything wrong. Your adjusted gross income is used to determine the income limit, and the taxable portion of your IRA distribution is included in that.
