I can't see the bottom of your screenshot, but I am assuming it was a limited time deal. Your email was from February 16.

I called [phone number removed] and spoke with someone who said I will see it back in my account in a few days, pending the bank's policy. I will see if I get something by the end of the week.

Thanks for the reply. In my case, I'm using TurboTax desktop, so I didn't get a question asking for the percentage. Instead, I spent a few hours trying to figure out why and eventually I figured out that I had to go into the forms and manually enter 100%. It seems odd to me that the desktop version doesn't ask for this if the online version does 🤷♂️

It depends. Review the information in the link provided above and posted again here for you. Check to see if your crypto loss might qualify.
IRS Memorandum
If not, it may be considered a Ponzi Scheme. The Ponzi Scheme section of Form 4684 is not available in TurboTax. TurboTax does not support tax losses from investment fraud. We recommend consulting a tax professional if you've experienced this situation. This would be Section C, form 4684.
IRS Form 4684
The IRS provides two items of guidance to help taxpayers who are victims of losses from Ponzi-type investment schemes.
Revenue Ruling 2009-9 provides guidance on determining the amount and timing of losses from these schemes, which is difficult and dependent on the prospect of recovering the lost money (which may not become known for several years).
Revenue Procedure 2009-20 simplifies compliance for taxpayers by providing a safe-harbor means of determining the year in which the loss is deemed to occur and a simplified means of computing the amount of the loss.

Going to Tools>Delete form shows a list of forms by title only (No amount, no preview). I have six forms with the same title. Some are duplicates some are not but can't tell just from the one-line title. So I don't know which to delete. So frustrating. Can't get help unless I upgrade to some fancy $547 service just because of a poor TurboTax interface? Poor software should not be an incentive to have to pay for assistance.

The pay with my refund option is for your TurboTax fees only. You have to pay your state taxes separately.
You will have to pay your state tax owed directly to your state taxing authority, either by using direct debit from your bank account during your filing, or by paying on your state's website, or mailing a check to your state tax authority..
If TurboTax is asking you for your payment information for your state taxes, you should choose direct debit (by providing your bank account details) to select pay the state directly, or pay on your state's website.

if you filed late, try using $0 for AGI. If you amended, I think Illinois wants the AGI from the amended return, whereas the IRS wants the AGI from the original return if filed timely
