Try closing TurboTax completely, restart your computer and then update your TurboTax program if you are using a Desktop program. Close TurboTax entirely, restart your computer, and try the update again to clear temporary memory.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can manually check for updates for your TurboTax program by clicking on "Online" in the black bar near the top of your screen and selecting "Check for Updates."
Clear any temporary files and run a disk cleanup if needed.
Try running as Administrator if you are using a Desktop version of TurboTax by right-clicking on the TurboTax icon and selecting Run as Administrator.
Temporarily turn off your antivirus protection and firewall

Now I understand what you have done -- used the NRE account as a bridge to transfer / make progress payments to the builder/promoter for the property.
In such a case, it is my belief that you would meet the FBAR threshold requirement ( using the maximum value at any point of US$72K ). Please file the form 114 as described above in my earlier response.
I do not believe that you need to file form 8938 ( absent your having / owning any other Specified foreign financial Asset -- liquid/semi-liquid/trusts etc. ) on the basis of the NRE account that you own. Note that under the FATCA regs., the US treasury and the Indian Financial institutions share data anyways.

If you are having an issue with entering your HSA/MSA contributions, you can try deleting Form 8889-T. The re-enter your data manually. Make sure that "no" is selected for "same coverage all year" if coverage has changed. Also make sure to accurately split the contributions between both spouses.
To delete Form 8889-T/S using TurboTax Online you can:
In your left panel of your TurboTax screen click on "Tax Tools"
And then Click on "Tools"
Click on "Delete a Form"
Scroll through your list of Forms
Click the garbage can next to "Form 8889-T/S"
To delete Form 8889-T using TurboTax Desktop you can:
Click on "Forms" in the upper right of your TurboTax screen to switch to "Forms Mode"
In your left panel scroll down and look for "Form 8889-T/S"
In your right panel at the bottom of Form 8889-T/S, click on "Delete Form"
Click on "Yes" to confirm the deletion.
To get back to your screens in TurboTax to re-enter your HSA/MSA information, you can:
Click on Search at the top right of your TurboTax screen
Type HSA in the search box and Enter
Click on the link that says Jump to HSA
Review your screen and make sure your answers are correct

I only do returns for 4 others (family members) and myself. I just e-filed my third federal and first Ohio state return after purchasing the Ohio package. Beforehand I helped two retired couples who printed their state returns. The third (my kid's family) just went in. Turbotax said I've reached the limit. This is obviously a TurboTax error, as we have not filed any other federal returns. We have not e-filed previously in error, nor have we e-filed with an error in our return. This is a breach of contract and I'm sure it's not deliberate but someone's error.

My county was declared a federal disaster (in 2024) due to which I had to replace roof on my house. I am amending my turbotax return and filling in form 4684, only to find that Turbotax is actually not using the actual repair cost. After my review, loss should not be limited to 10% AGI limitation. This actual loss is allowed in Form 4684 Section A. Turbotax is reducing my casualty loss. (FMV before/after seems to be messing this up). Can anyone please suggest how to correctly enter this information?

You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected.
Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed. Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead.
What is the rejection code or rejection message?
If it was rejected for AGI—-your 2024 AGI might not be in the IRS system if you filed late. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

We would like to research this, and it would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue. If you would be willing to send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information, please follow these instructions:
Open your return and go to Online in the top menu, then choose "Send Tax File to Agent." On a Mac computer, choose Share or Help >> Send to Agent.
You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is. Click okay through this screen and then you will get a Token number.
Reply to this thread with a screenshot of your Token number (this avoids Community filters for numbers with a dash) and tag (@) the Expert requesting the token from you.
Please include any additional States that are part of your return - this is VERY important.
We will attempt to determine the cause of your experience and possibly provide you with a resolution.

If you are receiving the self-employed income prompts, it means that TurboTax is trying to link this 1099-MISC to a Schedule C, or other business. However, that does not apply to your situation. To enter this Form 1099-MISC, do the following:
Go to Wages & Income
Click on the + Add more income box
Scroll down the screen until you see Other Common Income and click the down arrow to show more
Choose Add to the right of the 1099-MISC line
Click Yes when asked if you received Form 1099-Misc, then Continue
Enter the info from your Form 1099-Misc into the corresponding boxes when you reach, "Let's enter the income from your 1099-MISC"
If you need to enter boxes 4–6 or 8–17, check My form has other info in boxes 1–17
Describe the reason for this 1099-MISC, then Continue
Check, "None of these apply" when you reach, "Do any of these uncommon situations apply?"
Check, "No, it didn't involve work like _ main job"
Answer, "How often did _ get income for _?", then Continue
Select, "No, it didn't involve an intent to earn money", then Continue
Also, to ensure you do not double the amount from the form, delete the prior 1099 entry.
