It's on the Wages&Income page BUT The 1099-R section isn't expected to be ready for input until on/after 21 January. So come back next Thursday or Friday to attempt to enter it then.

Sorry, but we can't see the full details of what income you've entered, and whether you entered your Overtime details correctly (and shouldn't see, since this is a Public forum). One thing you should definitely check is to Edit your W-2, make sure all the values match your actual paper W-2 form, and THEN, on the page after the main W-2 page, there is a page with a whole long list of checkboxes. Make sure you've checked the "Overtime" box so that you get the follow-up questions about the overtime pay you have received. Maybe you missed that.

TurboTax Online works on current year returns only. You're not able to access incomplete prior year returns. To complete your return with TurboTax you will need a computer where you can download and install 2023 TurboTax Desktop software. You will need to enter all the information into the software. Once complete you will print, sign and mail the return to the IRS. I always recommend sending with tracking info or via certified mail.

It's still showing $76,500 as the maximum allowed for solo 401k, even though that has increased by $1,000. Even manually putting in the correct contributions totaling $77,500 it still shows the total as $76.5k. It's bad enough that it's wrong, but worse that you can't overwrite it.

WHAT ABOUT THAT EXTRA $250. Call me crazy but with $30,000 worth of o.t. and over $12k taken out for taxes I figured I'd get back MORE

I sat on the phone with support yesterday for almost an hour and in the end that was their way of fixing things! Telling me to contact Credit Karma. I pay to use TurboTax and to file my taxes as half for years I shouldn't be told that I need to go figure it out with Credit Karma. All my info is showing good when it comes to TT and my Money Spend Account. It says it found my account is set up, it's linked and we're good to go. TurboTax/Intuitt chose to partner with them! YOU all need to figure it out!! I'm not paying Credit Karma I'm paying to use TurboTax and file through you guys. Your support people need to figure it out as soon as possible. I can't even get a live person at Credit Karma in fact I don't think I've ever spoken to a live person on the phone at Credit Karma.. ever. Beyond frustrated! Im honestly blown away that you're putting it back on your customers to figure out what Credit Karma. Especially when you are charging $35 to use my own bank account to deposit money as the other option or wait the longer turn time. You're basically pushing people to use Credit Karma ..so yeah you all need to figure it out! Oh.. the other suggestion from support was that I delete my return and start over again. Are you kidding me? I have two businesses and work a full-time job. It took me over 6 hours to get all my stuff entered and my expenses added line by line etc! Do better TurboTax!
