You may wish to file for an extension.  This will extend the time you have to file your taxes until October 15th, 2026.     On the left rail menu in TurboTax Online Select Tax Tools  (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.) On the drop-down select Tools  On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select File an extension Follow the instructions to start the extension process Also, you may have to file your state taxes:  Do I need to file an extension for my personal state taxes?     Remember, an extension gives you more time to prepare your taxes, but it doesn't extend the time to pay your taxes.  If you have an indication that you will owe taxes, you should make the payment by the original due date of the tax return to avoid additional interest and penalties.
I assume you are talking about a Form 1099-B. If it doesn't specifically say ordinary, then it's not ordinary.

What type of disability is it?  If it is social security disability, then this does not count as income if this is her only source of income.  However, if she gets a lot more than that, do you provide over half of her support or does she provide over half of her support?  If she does, then you would not be able to claim her as a dependent.     To claim someone as a Qualifying Relative, they must be: Your child ( including step children, adoptive children and foster children) or a descendent of them Your sibling (including half siblings) or a child of your sibling or a sibling-in-law Your parent or grandparents, including step parents and in laws Any other person that lived with you for the entire tax year Not a qualifying child of another taxpayer Someone that you provided over half of their support for during the tax year Has less than $5,200 in income (not counting social security)
Did they fixed the problem or they are going to refund you.

Check if these are present in your return and how to solve: Form 3885L (Depreciation): If you entered even $1 of amortization or depreciation for the LLC, TurboTax may trigger Form 3885L. This form is often the culprit that blocks e-filing. The "Double Business" Error: If you accidentally entered your LLC in both the Federal Schedule C section and as a separate entity in the CA state interview, the software gets "confused" and disables e-filing to prevent a double-reporting error. Go back to the California state interview and look for the LLC Information section. There is a question asking if the LLC is a "Disregarded Entity." If you are a Single Member LLC (SMLLC), this must be marked Yes. If it is marked "No," the software expects a full Partnership return (Form 565), which will prevent Form 568 from e-filing with your personal 1040. If you need extra time, filing an extension by April 15, 2026, moves your submission deadline to October 15. But remember any taxes owed are still due in full by the original April 15 date.  Pay through either Direct Pay or your individual online account. See if you need to file a state extension.

Without much detail, I think this is asking educational information about you or a dependent. If this is the case, the software knows you (or a dependent) attended school, but the Enrollment Status (e.g., At least half-time, Graduate student, etc.) hasn't been selected.   Look for a tab labeled Federal, then Deductions & Credits.  Find the Education category (often where Form 1098-T is entered). Review each person listed there and look for a screen asking about their "Enrollment Status" or "Level of Study."  Sometimes the trigger is in the initial setup of the person rather than the tax credit section.   Go back to the Personal Info or Dependents section. Edit the person mentioned in the error. Check for a checkbox that says "Was [Name] a full-time student?" If that box is checked, the software may require you to define the type of enrollment once you reach the education section.

Make sure that you are using the correct number for your AGI, you can find your AGI on Form 1040 on Line 11. You can also order a free digital transcript of your return from the IRS. You can view your online transcript immediately, while a mailed transcript takes 5–10 days to receive.   Even if you are using the amount from your return or the IRS account, there are still some situations that could affect what AGI number you use.  Some of those situations are:   If you amended your return you must use the AGI from your original 2024 tax return. Make sure that you entered the number was entered correctly without rounding.  If you filed your return after November 10, 2025 enter $0 as your prior-year AGI. For more ideas that could help you find out what your AGI is, refer to the following TurboTax help article:   How do I find last year's AGI? Only some states require an ID to be able to efile, if your state is one of them, you will have to mail your state return.  If not then you will be able to electronically file your return without the ID.
