It depends. If your total itemized deductions exceeds the Standard deduction based on your filing status, then yes, include your medical expenses. Only the medical expenses above 7.5% of your adjusted gross income (AGI) would be deductible, though. If the Standard deduction exceeds your itemized deductions by a lot, don't even bother entering that info in TurboTax.
TurboTax will help determine whats the better option for. Just go through the deductions and credits section and once you've entered everything, TurboTax will give you a breakdown of what they recommend you should go with, Standard Deduction or Itemized deductions.

Just to clarify, this would not be the account I use for personal tax returns, but a dedicated account used to help prepare a return on behalf of a family member. As a family member, I would be assisting--as a non-paid preparer--in this scenario.

Return to the Rental Properties section and review your entries. If you have two rentals on Form 8995, you should see two listings on the Rental Property summary page. Delete the duplicate (or use the trashcan icon).
If you don't have two properties under Rentals, work through the interview for the single property and review your answers to the QBI questions. Or check to see if you have a Schedule C business entered by mistake.

Head of Household is a filing status for someone who is not married and pays more than the cost of keeping up for themselves and a qualifying dependent.
To use single filing status, you must prove you are unmarried, divorced, or legally separated on the last day of the tax year.
Your filing status dictates your standard deduction, determines your tax brackets, and affects your eligibility for various tax credits.

@esilvia Only the desktop version of TT allows up to 5 returns. Online is 1 per account. The $40 fee sounds more like a state filing fee which goes direct to the state. Some states charge to e-file. It is not a new product fee.
Make sure all updates are done and try to file next return. Seems so far everyone was still able to file as long as just 5 returns or less per license.

@cegates14 Make sure it is form the "Original" filing. IF you Amended later, that amended number is not used. or IF you filed late last year, try using a zero. Late tax filings (especially if on-paper) sometimes do not get their AGIs entered into the computers that accept 2025 e-files. or Make sure you are using line 11 of the 2024 Federal tax return

it's determined automatically on Schedule 1-A with income phaseout and reflected on 1040 Line 13b (it's not part of the 'standard' deduction)

@snapfile For any medical deductions you entered...only the amount that exceeded 7.5% of your AGI is included. Anything you entered that totalled less than that is not included.
