To clarify, did you have more than $1500 in interest income and was there a foreign tax reported on line 6 on a 1099 INT or Line 7 of a 1099 DIV?

Did you print all forms and worksheets?   Here's how to get all the forms and schedules.   TurboTax Online: Sign in to your TurboTax Account. Scroll down to the "Your tax returns & documents" section. Select the specific tax year you need (e.g., 2024). Click "Add a State" (you aren't actually adding one, but this "unlocks" the return so you can access the Print Center). In the left-hand menu, select Tax Tools > Print Center. Select Print, save or preview this year's return. The Key Step: Look for a checkbox or dropdown that says "Include government and TurboTax worksheets" or "All forms." Click View/Print to generate the full PDF, which will now include every schedule (like Schedule C, D, or E) and the internal worksheets.   TurboTax Desktop: If you used the software installed on your computer, you must open the specific program for that year (e.g., open the TurboTax 2024 app). Open your saved .tax file. Go to File > Print. In the print window, select the radio button for "All forms and worksheets." Choose "Save as PDF" to keep a digital copy with every detail.

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:   Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu. Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website. Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms. Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit." Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.   Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
Thank you. I did find the place where you enter paid estimated taxes, under the summary not Deductions and Credits as many places stated it was. I think Intuit needs to make this clearer.

The 1098-T from your school shows how much you paid in tuition in box 1 and how much you received in Scholarships and Grants in box 5.     Do you have taxable income?  Was box 5 scholarships more than box 1 tuition expenses?  Are you using ABLE funds to pay for schooling?     I am assuming you are in your first 4 years of school and an adult over 23 years old since you said you are just starting school and you are disabled.     You may be able to use the 1098-T to claim an  education credit, if you qualify.   If you have taxable income high enough that you have a tax liability, you may be able to claim the full American Opportunity Tax Credit.  If you do not have taxable income, you may still be able to claim the refundable portion of the AOTC  if you paid for the tuition and fees out of pocket or through a loan.     To enter it select the following: Federal Deductions and Credits Education Form 1098-T   If your tuition was fully paid for by grants or scholarships, then generally you would not be able to claim an education credit and you would not need to enter your 1098-T on your return, unless box 5 is greater than box 1 and results in taxable income.  There is an IRS allowed loop hole to this which is treating your scholarships and grants as taxable income that was used to pay for room and board.  If you use the grants to pay for room and board (living expenses other than qualified education expenses) you could still claim the refundable portion of the AOTC.  To do this, in TurboTax, when you are asked was any of the scholarship used to pay for room and board answer yes and enter the amount. Also, be sure to include any other required books and expenses that you did not pay directly to the school.  If you have no other income, then it is likely that your standard deduction will wipe out the scholarships and grants you claim as taxable income.    The AOTC is worth up to $2,500 which consists of a maximum $1,000 refundable portion or 40% of your expenses up to $4,000.    If you used ABLE funds to pay for your education, then you would not need to enter this on your return as the ABLE funds are tax free when used for qualified expenses and you cannot "double dip" meaning you cannot take a tax credit for expenses that are paid for with tax exempt income.    NOTE:  If someone else claims you on their return, they would enter the 1098-T on their return to claim any education credits.  You cannot claim an education credit if you are claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.    If you have passed the first four years of your education, then you would not qualify for the American Opportunity Tax Credit.  However, if you did have taxable income that leads to a tax liability, then you may be able to claim the $2,000 NON Refundable  Lifetime Learning Credit

If the IRS is just requesting form 8962, then you do not need to amend your tax return. You just have to enter your form 1095-A in TurboTax. TurboTax will prepare a form 8962 that you can print out and send to the IRS.   Please read this TurboTax Help article on how to respond to the IRS in this case.

there should be a box "I need to adjust my total cost basis" or similar (I'm on desktop not online) which allows you to input other adjustments for wash sales, AMD etc using adjustment codes (it won't reference 1f, 1g etc)   note when you make these adjustments to a sales summary you are required to send the details to the IRS either by mailing your 1099B (as a substitute for filling out for Form 8949) using Form 8453 to the IRS; or TT Online allows upload of PDF to satisfy this reporting.   if you don't have many wash sales you can avoid this by splitting the 1099B, enter the sales with adjustments as "one by one" which will put the details on Form 8949 in your filing, and enter the balance of your 1099B without these items as a sales summary and check totals on Schedule D.   See also   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/form-1099-b/need-include-1099-b-return/L0ygGdIiE_US_en_US   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/need-mail-form-8453-u-individual-income-tax-irs-e/L5gK5lbax_US_en_US

Not sure you saw my previous message. Not sure if this is your problem but I thought I had google chrome setup as my default web browser. I checked and it was not, so I switch default to chrome and it worked. Must not have been able to use the other browsers and I don’t know why since I was trying to use chrome. Good luck!

Here are two FAQs to help: What if I'm having trouble with my filing verification code? and How do I get a verification code if the email address is wrong?   You can change the email address associated with your account through your account settings.   Intuit uses a single sign in system for all Intuit products, so changing it here will also update it for any other Intuit products you use, such as QuickBooks or Credit Karma.   To Change Your Email Address: Select Intuit Account located in the lower-left corner of your screen (near the Sign Out button). On the Account Manager page, select the Sign in & security menu. Select the Email address section. Enter your new email address and then enter it again to confirm. Enter your current password when prompted to verify the change. Select Save. Check your new email inbox for a verification link from Intuit and click it to finalize the update. If you can't sign in at all, you can go to the Intuit Account Recovery page. This requires you to upload a photo of a government-issued ID to verify your identity.

Depending on the state you live in, your fees can be withheld from either your state or federal refund, whichever comes first. Since you paid your fees with your federal refund, your state refund will come directly to you. The second account information is on there in case your state refund came first.
