If you were in a Federally declared disaster area in 2024, you would have been allowed to remove up to $22,000 from a retirement plan penalty-free and spread the taxes over three years. If you did elect to do this, you would need to report 1/3 of the withdrawal in 2024, 2025 and 2026 using Form 8915-F.
If this does apply to you:
Go back to the Income section in the Federal tab and select Add/Edit for IRA, 401(k) and pension plan withdrawals.
Click Done on the 1099-R summary page
"Have you ever taken a disaster distribution before 2025??" will be on the next screen. If you did take a disaster distribution select Yes (if you didn't take a disaster distribution in a prior year, select no and you'll be done.
TurboTax will guide you through the rest of the information that may be needed. If you filed with TurboTax in 2024, much of the information should be pre-populated from you 2024 return.
The message you had received was due to the form not being available at that time, but it is available now so that you will be able to file your return.

It's interesting that there is another bug in the 1099-Q entry that it looked like they were GOING to fix and then just wiped it out. The OBBBA had a new provision that allowed you to remove 529 funds to pay for qualified K-12 expenses (besides Tuition which was already there) that occured after July 3, 2025. The first versions of TT desktop threw a red error just like it continues to do for the Roth transfer, but it DID have a pertinent question on the worksheet "Did you incur expenses for K-12 after July 3, 2025?" If you checked 'Yes' you got an error saying to stay tuned for OBBBA updates. A few software updates later and that worksheet question just completely disappeared. Like they were gonna fix it but were like, nah, we can't even get 529 to Roth to work, we better just forget this even exists. Imagine if not only did they know that withdrawal isn't Federally taxable but IS taxable in my specific state? My mind would be blown. Does Intuit think we just don't notice this stuff?

You were able to download your 1099-B specifically? Mine still says "We couldn’t auto-fill your return".

If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:
Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements.
Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back.
Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser.

I have two different 1099-DIV statements from two different brokerage accounts, but they are not totaling under the Dividend Field, Turbo Tax seems to only pick up one. Any reason?

Today I logged back into the app to review my entries for the 1099-SA. I did not change anything, but there is no longer taxable income for this section.

I was divorced halfway through 2025, and by the end of the year I was legally single. During the year, I was the working spouse only in a community state. I understand that Form 8958 might be required for that half of the year while married. Does TurboTax support Form 8958? Do I need to report half of the income for the portion of the year we were married and living in a community property state? Should both my ex and I each report half the income I/we earned during the community property period on our individual tax returns, even though we ended the year single? Appreciate any guidance on how to enter this correctly in TurboTax. Thanks!
