We can not see your tax return, so you can try these possible fixes below.
Your spouse's W2 (or 1099) may not be transferring correctly from your Federal return to your state return.
Revisit your Federal income entries for your spouse's W2.
Scroll to Box 15.
Delete the State abbreviation.
Select the correct state again from the drop-down menu.
Make sure Box 16 is not blank (if blank, enter Box 1 amount).
You can also check the Employer's State ID number (Box 15). If there are extra spaces, dashes, or letters, you can try removing them.
If Box 15 is blank on your spouse's form, try entering the Federal EIN in that box.

If you still have your old computer with the TurboTax 2022 program, you could copy the folder from Documents > TurboTax to a removable drive and transfer it to your new one. If your 2022 TurboTax download is not appearing in your account, it is likely because you are signed into a different account than the one used for the original purchase, or the software was installed via CD. Use the TurboTax account recovery tool to find all User IDs, or contact TurboTax Support to make the download visible. @user17713808047

I appreciate your knowledge can I ask another question? I entered my numbers this morning for the trad ira/roth section. I don’t think form 8606 was automatically created so I used the tools tab and searched for 8606 and it prompted information to be completed. I checked off all four boxes for traditional and Roth IRA‘s owned for me and my wife, and followed the prompts. Am I supposed to enter contributions for traditional IRA and a Roth IRA because when I did that and went to the end it said I had exceeded my contributions and needed to pull out our 7000 and $8000 contributions that we had exceeded the limits. I did max out my account and converted the entire amount, when I went back in and deleted the Roth contributions. It seemed to be OK. It just told me this time that I wouldn’t get the deductions because we’re over the income limit. Did I fill this out correctly? I dont remember seeing anything that asked me specifically “were these contributions converted to an Roth” per se. does this sound right and Is there a way to view and confirm it created an 8606 before I pay for it and file? I used the tools tab print and view but it prompts me to pay first. Thanks so much!

Because line 1 is "qualified for educational credit" and line 2 is "not qualified for credit" but there is a third category "qualified for tax-free 529 distribution" and there is no line for that. There's a worksheet to enter it/them (People) and to calculate any taxable excess (Student Info) but there's no interview process asking for that number or the subcategories of expenses that add up to what would be on that line (I'd have to look to see what line that is on the Student Info worksheet).

Follow the procedure indicated by @ReneV4 and you reach resolution without any need to perform the nominee actions. The nominee procedure is not exactly the action necessary for this situation and you have already taken the steps to confirm the dividend was part of the rollover.
As indicated be sure to check your Form 5498 when received to confirm the dividend was part of the rollover.

We have confirmed experience you have seen. It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue for further investigation.
You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, please follow these instructions:
In TurboTax Online, open your return, go to the black panel on the left side of your program and select Tax Tools.
Then select Tools below Tax Tools.
A window will pop up which says Tools Center.
On this screen, select Share my file with Agent.
You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is. Click okay through this screen and then you will get a Token number.
You may wish to snap a screenshot to post instead of the actual number.
Reply to this thread with your Token number (including the dash) and tag (@) the Expert requesting the token from you.
Please include any States that are part of your return - this is VERY important.
If you are using TurboTax for Desktop, go to Online in the top menu, then choose "Send Tax File to Agent."
We will then be able to see the same experience you are having. If we are able to determine the cause, we'll reply here and provide you with a resolution.

This is not an acceptable response by TT. TT calculates the taxable portion of 529 distributions, so if a 1099-Q is entered, there has to be a way to enter the qualified expenses so that the taxable portion is correct. The worksheets are saved for the customer's records, and even though the taxpayer should save receipts in case of an audit, this is no different from the worksheets which are saved for various itemized deductions on Schedule A, or interest and dividends on Schedule B. If the interview process asks for all 1099-INT and 1099-DIV, etc. then it asks for 1099-Q, they should be entered, and any deductible expenses that offset that 1099 income should also have a way to be entered. We buy TT each year so that the tax preparation process is simplified to just an interview process provided we have all the necessary forms (W-2s and 1099s for income, 1098-Ts, state estimated tax receipts, property tax receipts, or our own records for non-cash charitable contributions, etc. for itemized deductions) and when we're asked to enter some but not others, it leads to oversights, incorrect tax calculations, possible audits, and ultimately loss of confidence in TT's product. Might as well use the IRS's Fillable Forms at that point. Or is TurboTax going to lobby to kill that too?
